What I Build

One method. A lot of forms.

I build businesses, brands, tools, media, creative IP, communities, and systems. The outputs can look wildly different; the underlying work usually starts in the same place: something is missing, the existing structure does not quite work, or an idea needs architecture before it can become real.

Find what’s missing.→Design the architecture.→Make it usable.
Explore the current ecosystem, then follow the work back through its ideas and history.

The Archive

A body of work should be allowed to have history.

Earlier brands and projects that helped shape the work I do now. Their history remains part of the portfolio, even as the focus evolves.

Not everything I build is supposed to live forever. Some ideas became businesses. Some evolved into something else. Some belonged to a particular moment. Some taught me what I needed to know before the next thing could exist.

The Through-Line

The medium has never been the point.

A brand, an album, a dashboard, a radio station, a publication, a community, a company, and a public system can look like completely different kinds of work.

To me, they are often responses to the same question: what should exist here that doesn’t yet?
